Dewel Music, Dewel Movies, and all Dewel Network services are built on the principle that creators should be fairly compensated for their work. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on any Dewel Network platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material: The specific URL(s) or description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our services.
- Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens After a Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the content
- Provide information about the counter-notification process
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the material: Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in California if you are outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice of a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
False Claims
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a fraudulent or bad-faith notice.

We may use automated tools to detect potentially infringing material. If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged, please contact us and we will review the matter.
